Description

This collection contains segmentations of the tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes for a subset of images from various TCGA slide microscopy images. The segmentations were generated automatically using two distinct algorithms developed by the Joel Saltz lab at Stony Brook University, and include both binary and probabilistic segmentations.
